Former NCAA, IHSA,
& USGF Competitor
I have been in gymnastics since the age of
5 years old and been involved in competitive gymnastics since I was 8,
continuing on to coach & judge. My experience and interest in the sport
provides the flair and understanding successful maintenance of programs
and the implications of new programs for all levels. I currently sit in
an elected position on the Illinois USAG State Committee. I hope to
continue to serve the professionals of Illinois.

Coaching Strengths
I organize my programs to balance both learning
new skills and perfecting basic techniques. As well as incorporate
fundamental conditioning and understand individual gymnast’s
strengths.
Background
I started gymnastics at age seven and have been
coaching for the last eight years. I’ve always appreciated the
benefits that both competitive and recreational gymnastics offers an
athlete. As a gymnast, My favorite events were Floor, Pommel Horse
& High-bar.
As a coach at Spring Hill, I began coaching the
Boys Team Level 4 during their first competitive season in
2004-2005. It was exciting to see the team achieve some area
success and finish the season by winning the 4th place trophy at the
Illinois~USAG State Championships. I look forward to developing the
Boys Team and continuing coaching a variety of recreational classes.
