Tumbling 
** We have had a great response to our new cheer/tumble program! As our classes grow, we have needed to restructure how the levels are layed out. Below you will see what skills will be worked on in each class and you will see what is needed to move up to the next level! **
Tumbling 1: No prior tumbling experience is required. Tumblers will learn proper technique and execution of forward rolls, dive forward roll, backward roll, backward roll to stand, bridge, cartwheel, dive cartwheel, handstands, round-offs, and the beginning techniques of back walkovers.. Students must have all these skills at a satisfactory level to advance to Tumbling 2, per the instructor.
Tumbling 2: Drills for this class focuses on the beginning techniques for round off rebound, power hurdle round off, front & back walkover, back handspring with a spot, running round off back handspring series, as well as incorporating front tumbling. Students must have SOLID standing and running back handspring without a spot to advance to Tumbling 3, per the instructor.
Tumbling 3: This class focuses on back handspring, standing back tucks, front handspring, front tuck, aerials side and front. Students must have all this skills mastered to advance to Tumbling 4, per the instructor.
Tumbling 4:This class focuses on standing back tuck, front handspring/front punch, round off back handspring tuck, fulls, and arabians.
