Stephani is a passionate, energetic certified A.C.E group fitness instructor as well as a certified ZUMBA instructor with an impressive background in professional dance. She was certified in December 2010 by both the American Council on Exercise and Zumba, and has been teaching Zumba at many locations in the northwest suburbs ever since. Before becoming a fitness instructor Stephani was a member of the 2008-2010 Chicago Shamrox Professional Indoor Lacrosse Dance Team and was selected to dance for the U.S. Troops on a 21 day tour of Japan with Armed Forces Entertainment. She combines her dance background with her knowledge and passion for fitness to create easy to follow, exciting, calorie-burning workouts perfect for any fitness level.
