Spring Hill Gymnastics has established a not-for-profit club organization. The Springhill Youth Foundation provides assistance to the youth of Elgin and surrounding communities. During the last year, children whose parents are serving in the armed forces overseas, Special Needs Children, Cancer Patient Kids and the Boys & Girls Club Kids have benefited. Springhill Youth Foundation would like to continue to provide a chance for more children in our area to have an opportunity to build self-esteem, self-confidence and the satisfaction that physical fitness brings. With your help, we can bring this to many more children in the community.
Our youth foundation also helps to support and enhance our competitive teams as they travel to local, regional and national competitions assisting them in their quest for college scholarships.

Springhill Youth Foundation, Inc. and Spring Hill Gymnastics, Inc. would like to offer you the opportunity to expose your company to over 2000 students, their families, and area companies, while helping the youth in the area- a WIN-WIN situation for all!
Springhill Youth foundation, a 501C-3, not for profit organization, provides assistance to the youth of the Elgin and surrounding communities. Our Federal EIN number is: 30-0118333.
Each year Springhill Youth Foundation sponsors the Spring Hill Gymnastics Invitational (February), Spring Show (May), and National Gymnastics Day (august), to name a few. These events alone bring in over 3000 attendees throughout the duration of the events. Each event showcases our fitness-for-life programs, after school boys and girls club programs, preschool and progressive student programs, along with performances by our competitive teams. Through these events, we are not only able to showcase the sport of gymnastics, but also educate parents and encourage children to pursue fitness through sport.
Many times children want the opportunity to experience the advantages sports and physical fitness can bring, but are unable to afford the costs incurred with such activities. The Springhill Youth Foundation assists those children in obtaining the necessary means of getting on that road to fitness. We are asking for your help so we can reach those children who would like to participate in gymnastics.
Here’s how YOU can help…
The Springhill Youth Foundation relies on the generous donations of corporations and small businesses in the area, in order to provide financial assistance to those in need. Through these donations, we are able to help provide fitness instruction in a safe environment, for those who cannot afford to provide it for themselves. We have also been able to help individuals as well as other gymnastics clubs affected by Katrina, children undergoing treatment for terminal illness, and local boys and girls clubs.
The Springhill Youth Foundation offers several packages to show our gratitude for your support! Please find these listed on the enclosed. Our set packages start at $75. These donations, along with ANY amounts are tax deductible.

Ribbon Sponsorship- $75
& Your company will receive a listing on our website as a sponsor of the Springhill Youth
Foundation. This is a listing only, and does not include a link. A listing is to include your
company’s name, type of business, and a phone number. You will also receive a listing
in all program ad books.
Trophy Sponsorship- $150
Your company will receive a Ribbon level listing on our website, as well as a link to your
corporate website from ours (as applicable). You will also receive a listing in all program
ad books.
Bronze Sponsor- $300
Your company will receive a Trophy level listing on our website, as well as a listing in our
newsletter for the period of one year. These newsletters are periodically distributed to all
Springhill Youth Foundation members, Spring Hill Gymnastics club members, and all corporate

Medal Sponsors- $500
Your company will receive a Bronze level sponsorship, plus an appropriately sized
company logo on our website.
Silver Sponsors- $1500
Your company will receive a Trophy level sponsorship, as well as a 3x5 banner to be
prominently displayed in our gym for the period of one year.**
Gold Sponsors- $3500
Your company will receive a Trophy level sponsorship, as well as 2 banners! The first
banner, a 3x5, will be displayed in our lobby. The second banner, a 5x8, will be displayed in our
gym. Additionally, your company will be provided one free full page ad in each event’s ad
program book.
Buy the Whole Bar- $
Your company will receive a Trophy level sponsorship, as well as one full page ad in each
event’s ad program book. Your company’s name and logo will also be displayed on the
apparatus oF your choice, for the life of that piece of equipment! Ask us for more details!
